یکی از کارمندان روز که خانم می باشد رفتار نامناسب با مهمان ها دارد و به دلیل بد رفتار این خانم چندسال است که خود و دوستان خود از مشتریان این هتل می باشیم به دلیل بد رفتاری این خانم دیگر به هیچ عنوان در سفرهای بعدی به این هتل مراجعه نخواهیم کرد ضمنا تمام توضیحات به مدیر هتل داده شده است

سلام برای صبحانه به نسبت قبل پذیرای کمتر شده و یسری از غذاها را از منوی صبحانه حذف کردن

نور و ویوی اتاق برام جالب نبود چون دقیق وسط هتل دیدمون فقط به روشنایی از سقف و هیچ کجا مشرف نبود خواستم قبلا با مسافر هماهنگ کنید که اتاق چه شراطی و آپشن های داره متسکر
