هتل آسمان ،هتل بسیار شکیل و زیبایی می باشد و در مکان مناسبی می باشد با امکانات خوب و در حد یک هتل 4 ستاره می باشد ولی با یک سری نقطه ضعف های مدیریتی که رفتار کارکنان مثل ارباب رجوع می باشد و اصلا نحوه مشتری داری را بلد نیستند(شرباف)" .بنده برای صرف ناهار با یک سری از مهمان خارجی به رستوران گردان رفتم که بعد از صرف ناهار عینک (فرانسوی اصل) بنده جا ماند بعد از گذشت یک ساعت مراجعه کردم که تحویل بگیرم ولی کارکنان منکر هرگونه چیزی شدند و گفتم دوربین ها را چک کنید که متاسفانه گفتند فقط با حکم قضایی چک می کنیم .بعد از این اتفاق در مجلسی تعریف کردم که همین این اتفاق برای دوستان بنده هم افتاده بود که پوشه مدارک با یک سری دلار داخل رستوران گردان جا گذاشتند و پیدا نگردید. حتی نخواستند دوربین ها را نشان دوستم بدهند. که این اتفاق اگر در هتل های اروپایی و عربی می افتاد با کمال خوشرویی و مشتری مداری دوربین ها را نشان میدادند و فرد خاطی را مؤاخذه می کردند.
لطفاً مراقب وسایل مهم خود در این هتل باشید چون این هتل تقبلی نسبت به وسایل شما ندارد.
I just want to warn you about the Management and staff will not accept responsibility for the loss Or damage to any personal belongings left unattended .Please take care of your expensive belonging carefully in this hotel.They would not show you CCTV footage , only by upon police request. That would be my last lunch and check in at this hotel and I would not advice to any my friends.
